(Independent member of the Supervisory Board) – graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and from the Faculty of Journalism and International Relations at Warsaw University. PhD at law at Warsaw University, he is also a lecturer in Corporate Law at the Faculty of Economics at Warsaw University. Attorney-at-law; since 2006, he co-operates with the law firm Wierzbowski Eversheds sp.k. where he is focusing on capital markets and corporate law issues. He is an author of many legal publications, including a commentary to the Act on Public Offering (“Ustawa o ofercie publicznej. Komentarz”, C.H. Beck 2009).
