(Independent member of the Supervisory Board) is a partner with Wierzbowski Eversheds and head of the Wroclaw office. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Wroclaw University and Technische Universitaet Dresden Juristische Fakultaet with a Master of Law degree (LL.M.).
He specialises in company and commercial law, as well as
litigation. He advises clients with regard to investing in Poland, particularly in Lower Silesia on issues relating to commercial law, intellectual property, competition law and real estate. He oversees the due diligence process for limited liability and joint stock companies.Daniel’s experience covers advising companies’ management and supervisory boards and on current corporate matters; he manages drafting contracts with regard to construction works and inspector supervision.
