Mr Adam Bogdani has been performing the function of the Chairman of the Board since August 6th 2007. Apart from the Emitent Enterprise, Mr Adam Bogdani doesn’t perform any activity which may have essential meaning from the perspective of the activity of Emitent.
Mr Adam Bogdani had got higher education (Master of Law). He graduated from the Silesian University in Katowice in 1975. He studied law there.
Mr Adam Bogdani has worked in the following places:

• Since 1970 till 1972- in the Provincial Department of the Frontal Technical Organization in Opole as the Director of the Organization Department
• Since 1972 till 1981- in Kombinat Obrabiarek Ciężkich in Poręba as a Senior Economist Manager of the Organization and Personnel Department and Substitute Workers’ Matters Director
• In 1981- Territorial Rural Towns and Estates’ Extension Directory in Bytom as the Senior Economic-Administration Specialist
• Since 1981- as the leader of the Optic Works in Zawiercie
• Since 1993- in Emitent as the General Director

In the cases mentioned above, Mr Adam Bogdani’s workplace is/was the same as the premises of the transactors listed above. For the last five years Mr Adam Bogdani, apart from performing functions in Emitent Organs, has performed the following functions:

• Chairman of the Board of Supervisors in Optopol Handlowy Sp.z.o.o in Zawiercie (since December 12th 2005)
• Chairman of the Board of Supervisors in Optopol Technology Sp.z.o.o in Zawiercie (since 2001 till August 28th 2007)
