Emission of Serie E Shares is intended to gain Money to finance the investment programme started In 2007 as well as for planned investment. The Company forecasts that gross receipts from emission of E Series Shares will be about 80 mln PLN, and the net income (after deducting the emission costs) will be about 78 mln PLN.

POLISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AUTHORITY APPROVED IPO PROSPECTUS OF OPTOPOL TECHNOLOGY S.A. 2008-02-04
Yesterday Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved IPO Prospectus of Optopol Technology S.A., the producer of the most modern technologies used to manufacture ophthalmic diagnostic devices in the world market.
The company is going to gain several millions of PLN for further development e.g. to continue research and development activities on new devices, to widen the offer for sale by taking over medical branch companies, as well as development of sales network in key markets.
