Firma Optopol Technology z Zawiercia kupiła udziały w kapitale zakładowym słoweńskiej firmy Optotek d.o.o. Firma nabyła akcje o łącznej wartości 5 218 844,98 euro i tym samym będzie dysponować 73,83 proc. kapitału zakładowego Optoteku. Jak poinformować zarząd Optopolu, umowa jest realizacją strategii spółki, która chce poszerzyć ofertę produkowanych i sprzedawanych przez firmę urządzeń medycznych przez przejęcie podmiotów z branży medycznej. Optopol Technology S.A. jest częścią Grupy Optopol. Firma zajmuje się projektowaniem, wytwarzaniem i sprzedażą specjalistycznego sprzętu medycznego dla diagnostyki okulistycznej.

The Company forecasts that gross receipts from emission of E Series Shares will be about 80 mln PLN, and the net income (after deducting the emission costs) will be about 78 mln PLN.
